Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. In addition, it must be in its original packaging.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or denial of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or lost refunds (where applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before the refund is officially recorded. As a next step, contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.

Sale items (where applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at customers@biotikdry.com and we will contact you to make the change.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate via postal mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if it was shipped to the buyer for delivery at a later date, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser and the original purchaser will be notified of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you must send us an email at customers@biotikdry.com and we will contact you.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time of the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
