By accessing and making a purchase on the Website, the user acquires the status of “Customer”, which implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. PRICES

All prices of the products indicated on the Web Site include VAT and other applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated and detailed separately, and must be accepted by the Customer at the time of purchase. Discounts are not cumulative, and THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify them whenever it deems appropriate.

AVAILABILITY

THE COMPANY keeps updated the availability of the products offered on the Website. In the event that a product is not available after placing an order, the Customer will be notified by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of an order does not entitle the cancellation of the entire order.

PAYMENT

DEADLINES, PLACE OF DELIVERY AND LOSSES

    THE COMPANY undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and complete address to ensure proper delivery of the order.
  2. Delivery time:
    Orders will be delivered within 48 working hours of order confirmation, depending on the Customer’s location. In case of delays, THE COMPANY will inform the Customer.

III. Delivery, non-delivery and lost data:
If delivery is not possible due to the Customer’s absence, a voucher will be left with instructions to arrange a new delivery. In case of non-delivery within 7 working days, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the Customer will bear the additional shipping costs.

  1. Diligence in delivery:
    The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt, indicating any anomaly on the delivery note. If damage to the product is detected, the Customer must notify THE COMPANY within 24 hours.
